About Our Foundation

Mission

To educate humanity about the global impact of black carbon emissions, its direct effect in causing the glaciers and polar ice sheets to melt and the resulting direct affect on climate change. To support innovative and sustainable solutions to directly reduce black carbon that protect our climate in the near and long term.

Vision

To create a better, more sustainable future, starting with cutting black carbon and its effects through innovative projects that meet and exceed UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Climate Accord while providing a clearer focus towards slowing glacial and ice sheet melting.

What is Cleantech?

Cleantech is a term used to describe technology that is designed to help protect the environment. This can include anything from solar panels and wind turbines, to electric cars and waste management systems. Cleantech is a rapidly growing industry, with new technologies and applications being developed all the time.

There are many different types of cleantech, but some of the most popular include renewable energy, green transportation, and sustainable building materials. Renewable energy is one of the most important types of cleantech, as it provides a clean and safe alternative to fossil fuels. Solar panels and wind turbines are two of the most common forms of renewable energy, but there are many others being developed all the time.

Green transportation includes electric cars, hybrid vehicles, and public transport systems that use less energy than traditional methods. Sustainable building materials are those that have a lower environmental impact than traditional materials such as concrete and steel.

Cleantech is a vital part of the fight against climate change, as it can help to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases. It is also an important part of the move to a low-carbon economy. Cleantech is often seen as a key part of the solution to the problem of climate change.

The Fight

One of the challenges to Cleantech industry is that the technologies are often more expensive than traditional options. This is because they are often new and unproven. However, as more people become aware of the benefits of cleantech, the cost is likely to come down.

Another challenge facing the cleantech industry is that many of the technologies are still in their early stages of development. This means that there is a lot of research and development needed before they can be commercially viable.

Despite the challenges, cleantech is a rapidly growing industry with huge potential. It is an important part of the fight against climate change and the move to a low-carbon economy. As more people become aware of the benefits of cleantech, the industry is likely to continue to grow.
